Verbal and CBT Marlins English test shows the communication ability of each Seafarer newly entered to the pool. High grade of English tests is compulsory for newly promoted Officers too.

Handling the experience with different HR programs we’re able to monitor in-house training, validity of STCW and non-STCW Licenses and Certificates, as well as visas and medical examination expiration well in advance, to avoid possible problems and deficiency on board during sea services.

As a part of travel Agency in Moscow, and Marine Medical Center in Novorossiysk, the STMA Ltd. have a firsthand priority for visas and Medical examination arrangements.

Getting the status of the affiliated Filling Agency for different Flag States Authority, such as MCA
UK, Liberia, and Marshal Islands, the staff of STMA Ltd. is able to provide in-house issuance of CRAs
and Flag State marine documents.

to arrange checking of Seafarers Marine documents legitimacy and speedy arrangements for documents issuance and pre-employment formalities.
